It's fairly irrelevant. Do you recognise Taiwan or does it not exist?

Yup. The first thing is to remove political violence as a tool of state.
That sure as heck will take a while as after all war is simply foreign
policy by other means. In Europe we've managed this but in many other
places people still like the boast about how powerful their killing
organizations are.
