That is because Netscape DOES NOT support the OS/2 version.

Take a look at what you get when you download it from IBM.  The internal 
files are dated from 2/5/98.  Also, you have to look at the US IBM site.  For 
some strange reason, the worldwide sites are lagging behind (I blame IBM for 
this.)
