What I would do, without recommending it , is to carefully remove
references to tcpbeui from ibmlan.ini and protocol.ini, and ensure that
peer is still working fine across the local network.

If anything more is required, we can hope that somebody will jump in
and declare it; else you  become the most recent expert .
