Which defence project, presumably the new frigates?

Did you know a shortish fat balding bearded Navy guy at CSA by the name

of Bernie Van Hilst (sp?)? He used to arrive at tech at Crows Nest with

his CSA ID hanging around his neck like a badge of honour. I think he

was slightly involved in some project with the subs. Actually there's

another CSA'er at tech - a red headed girl with the first name of

Paige. I believe she's an operator.
