Hopefully you can keep it running long enough to disable Startup
Actions on Account Preferences. That will give you an opportunity to
study the configuration and test one thing at a time.

You might need to use Remote Control to retreive one message at a time,
and discover one single message in your ISP inbox which causes the
PMMail crash. Use remote control to delete the message without
retrieving it.

The fact that PMMail keeps running when not connected to the network
(or the remote mail server) supports this prognosis.
