FWIW, I got the latest Netscape/2 releases via FTP.  In fact, if I couldn't 
have gotten them that way, I couldn't have gotten them at all - the second 
last release would crash and disappear in a heartbeat, for no apparent 
reason.  Using it for a week gave me a 40k POPUPLOG.OS2!
I used NcFTP to grab the latest release, which (so far) looks like it works 
fairly well.  At least it hasn't crashed - yet! :^)
