After someone mentioned the n/b joint re: Strats, I checked the '73 and 
found it to be tighter than a nun's -er- schedule.  Never have had much 
problem with staying in tune, but then the trem bar has been in the case 
for 3 years..
It's almost a lock that I'll be getting an ASAT.
