What's wrong with your calculations is that the "calorie" that
dieticians refer
to is not the same unit calorie as meant by physicists. A food-labled calorie
is actually a kilocalorie of energy.

If your calculations are correct, you would not lose 6.32 lb of body fat in
your specified exercise. Rather, you would only lose 0.00632 lbs.
