I've been trying to figure this out for some time myself, and have
added small versions of the icons to the ICO file, but I still can't
seem to get the "real" small icon to display in the titlebar. The
window that's supposed to get the small icon in the titlebar is getting
created with WinCreateStdWindow() with a style of FCF_ICON, and the res
ID of the Icon is the same as the window. Is there something else I
need to be doing to get this to work?
