subject: ram parts

I'm interested in collecting chip numbers for what's on a lot of the SIMM
modules out there, including older stuff. I'll build a list of these,
over time, and when I have something accumulated will make it worthwhile,
if anybody's interested. I would include SIMM, DIMM, cache, and other
types of memory parts in here.

Some of the chip numbers I have so far include:

185173-002 (Compaq EDO, on stickers and not on the chips)
41000J7 (GSM)
4217100-70 (NEC)
424256-70 (NEC)
EC5004042E-60
GM71C4400AJ70 (Goldstar)
GS81C4100370 (GSM)
HMS11000AS7 (Hitachi)
KM44C100J-6 (Samsung)
KM44C256AJ (Samsung)
M511000A (OKI)
M514256A-80J (OKI)
M5M4256AJ (Mitsubishi)
M5M44256BJ (Mitsubishi)
MM514400N-06
MT4C4M481DJ
TC55V328SJ-15 (Toshiba)
TMS417400ADJ (TI)
TMS41709ADJ
UM61M256k-15
UM61 3232AF-7
W24257AK-15

I'll be researching these, anybody wanna add to the pile? Is there a RAM
FAQ out there somewhere? :-)
