What I'm after is the setting - the things you get when you click the right
mouse button on an icon. The information is on the screen that has the path
and file name, the parameters and the working directory. I need the
parameters field and the working directory (the path and file name should
be \OS2\VIEW.EXE) for the icons in the Borland C++ help folder.
