That's NOT easier ;-)
The simplest way is to use Windows version WP6.1 with the freely available
Internet Publisher. Or WP7 (Win95) which has that add-on included.
The way I'm doing it is with WP5.1dos and a _large_ set of macros and styles. 
Still very buggy and incomplete ...
