Hi Dan..
Just a quick question....why do you bother to correspond with MS??
He hasn't had a clue or a single relevant thing to say since he
started haunting this conference. He is extremely opinionated (more
than I), extremely ill informed, doesn't seem to have ever had an
original thought in his life and isn't even remotely associated with
education.
Oh and for what it's worth.. the upper midwest, particularly
Minnesota, has a high number of immigrants from SE Asia, the former
Soviet Union and a number of Balkan countries...all those children of
course speak flawless English when they arrive. Those schools are
doing something very right...
... That's just my opinion... and I could be wrong.
