I think you are basically SOL. There was a choice between either
having the financial details available for public scrutiny OR using
an accountant. I think thats still true, but hardly anyone did not
use an accountant in that situation anyway, so its a tad academic.

Bugger all basically. I'm not even sure that you are even entitled
to demand using the heavys full scrutiny, particularly if you have
been cut out of the will. Presumably there is some way to insist
on checking that its been done properly tho if you are included.

I dont think you have much choice but a solicitor. A chamber magistrate
can certainly tell you for sure tho if you want to avoid that.
