I should probably have used some kind of distribution amp.  What I did was
feed splitters off both sides.  It has pretty decent gain, so this works.

Nope, there's one audio out and one video.  I think that's a major waste.  It
wouldn't have cost much more to add stereo audio to this already expensive
box.
