Today, Andretti-Green Racing filed their Indianapolis 500 Mile Race entries.
They have entered a total of 8 cars, 1 and an identical backup each for
current AGR IRL drivers Tony Kanaan, Brian Herta, Dan Wheldon, and Dario
Franchitti.  Although there was some speculation that a car might also
be entered for team owner & former driver Michael Andretti, this was not
the case.
 
This does not mean that he cannot compete in the 500.  What it does
mean is that if he does decide to, he probably would not attempt to
qualify a car until his four drivers have solidly made the field, at
which point he could attempt to qualify one of the backup cars.
