very much for your reply. I've learned quite a bit about law enforcement
perspectives the last few days. City, County, State, Federal, etc. all have
completely different perspectives on law enforcement. I honestly didn't
realize this until recently. I have numerous friends in various agencies, but
conversations never indicated that each type of agency is a completely
different world.
