Tic files are only process by the DEfault setting

it say:
Node-specific options allow some options to be overridden when a file is
coming from a specific node. it's not Working i prg it with my Uplink address
and its allway keep de fault setting 

i also try to put all tic in the same directory , but it not possible it create
each tic a dir......
