That's the one road combination that I absolutely hate !! Rain
(freezing or otherwise) on top of snow is not *too* bad, you can usually
break through the crust and get some traction in the snow. But the other
way around ? Shudder.

That's right, they are -- and I think they're all within about 2 hours
drive of here....depending on traffic.
