Looking at Chipdir that seems right.

I've got a note here that the Mitsubishi 41000 is 1M x 1 bit but my note
could easily be wrong, and other manufacturers might use the number for
something entirely different. Out of interest, what kind of SIMM is it
(how many pins, what chips, how many chips)?
