It will be "clearly" a bug in Digicom's code when the Supra
people do a trace of the interaction and show that the Supra is NOT asking
for  a resend.  I'm sure Digicom will be much more responsive if they had a
trace of it happening provided by Supra.  Why don't you try asking them
anyway, and let them prove that it isn't the Supra's fault?  BFN.
