GM Tom,

Nice to read you again,

HG>Again, what is named a kino camera here isn't a 'movie' camera but a
HG>still camera using the 36mm raw film that is also used for movies.

HG> EV> as a Projectionist at a Movie Theater.

I've never heard/read about a "projectionist" but change the letter 'j'
to a 't' and I'm on familiar water.

HG>I've never been a cinema machinist (projectionist) so I don't know any
HG>details about the projectors but I can thread the film into it, hi.

TW> As a side note the old 35MM movie house projectors are about all gone.

Yes I know. The only cinema left here still have their 35 mm projector
but only as a museum item.

TW> In fact the movie studios now distributes their features in
TW> 35MM. They are distributed in a Digital format and the projectionist
TW> is basiclly a computer operator.

Yes.

A couple of years ago "our" cinema theater was modernized with a new
screen and new chairs. Now the people leaving the theater can feel their
butt, hi.
