For those who have used, or are using newcalls to alter write_through
calls for the OS2 INI files, I have a question.

The program indicates to install just run the install.exe program.

For de=install it says to start InstNC.exe using the /DeInst parm.

The InstNC.exe program is not delivered with this package.  Does the
author really mean run the install.exe program with the /DeInst parm?

If yes, is the /DeInst really case sensitive?

If no, then where pray tell, may I find this InstNC.exe program?

All insights welcome.
