Not only a pseudonym...but seemingly replying, often in error, to posts where I
think I actually know who wrote it.

As to me...I'm fine...trying to get the luddites.org domain rehosted, taking
the cat in for a health certificate so she can fly, looking at assorted
paperwork, getting bills changed over to the new mailing address (even though I
have a temporary address change) more specifically the billing address for the
credit card, canceling trash pickup, etc.

Then there's my meal planning...open the freezer and see what's there sometime
in the afternoon: A ham steak, 2 containers of leftover caribou stroganoff (I
have to get more information on using the suckie bagger gizmo to use glass
jars), assorted frozen meats (mostly pig), frozen tamales (oddly enough also
made out of pig, there's a theme here), etc. Pick out one and go from there,
trying to reduce the clutter. Not exactly the most balanced diet, but in 2
weeks I get to completely stock a fridge/freezer with new stuff.

Here's a good joke:

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

      Title: Recipe for Leftover Ham
 Categories: Meats
      Yield: 1 Servings

      1 lb Ground ham
      1 lb Ground fresh pork
    2/3 c Bread crumbs
    1/2 c Milk
    1/4 c Green onions
      1 Slightly beaten egg
     10 oz Red currant jelly
1/3 c Aro light corn syrup
      1 tb Orchestershire Sauce
      2 ts Ry mustard

Mix meat, crumbs, milk, onion, egg and a dash of pepper. Shape into a
loaf. Cook in a shallow baking dish.(I use the Deep Dish Baker) Bake
350 degrees oven for 1 1/2 hours. During last 30 minutes, spoon on
Tangy Mustard Glaze as Follows: Combine last four ingredients and
baste ham loaf with glaze. Serve remaining sauce on the side. This is
great for buffet lunches as the ham loaf can be made in advance and
heated before serving. I always serve the cheesy sour cream potatoes
  with this dish.

MMMMM

I mean come on! Leftover Ham?
