RISC uses a combination of a register increment/decrement followed by a load
or a store, to replace PUSH and POP.
This allows the CISC processors to handle Java's stack operations faster than
many RISC processors.
You can't argue with this. It's plain fact. However it doesn't mean CISC are
always any better off than RISC. CISC are let down by other components.
