After having consulted my book about veggies from all Windareas I found
following:
Savoy cabbage : brassica oleracea, convar.capitata, var. sabauda.
Kale, bore cale, curly cale : brassica oleracea, convar. acephala,
 var. sabellica.
Hope that you can all now find out what we are talking about.
Are just planning to cook a tastfull Kale somewhere in next week.
  Greetings Maria
