I don't have the list of changes here with me, but it wasn't much going
from "b" to "c". There were a few good ones from "a" to "b" though. I'd
keep installing them as they come out, because Mustang has the habit of
releasing patches that only do incremental updates (ie. one "step" at a
time) so if you get too far behind, you'll spend a couple hours applying
patch after patch, then recompiling scripts.

I'm pretty sure you have to apply the "b" patch, then apply the "c" patch
to your new "b" version.
