I'm having a slight problem with my new PM288MT II external modem.
The problem is that (not always, but most of the time) when I try to 
upload something, or download it, it seems that the modem will either
refuse to send data, or refuse to receive it. I'm running the modem
on a P-133 w/16550s, and the problem occures with all the terminal progs
I try, but it only occures at connect speeds of higher than 14.4bps.
I've contacted PP and they say that I have the latest ROM. The important
settings are &D2, &C1 (? I can't remember positively, it is the CD signal
tracks the actual carrier), and &K3 (or 1, both do the same)
in the term progs, RTS/CTS is ON and XON/HOFF is OFF.
