The Company I work for was so they say the first in the country to 
use them...about 18 months ago. About all I can can good about the is that 
they roll easier than the ferno's.  BUT they are HEAVY!!!! The IV poles (at 
least on ours, they have changed a little since we bought them) are to short, 
and the bars at the end of the cot (the ones you use to lift) are to big. Iam 
sorry to hear of your outcome...good luck

PS. The guy in the front of the yellow monster...the one pulling it...unless 
they are under 5'5 is going to be hunched over.
