I'll bet I know.  YOu're calling spawnbbs.bat instead of just doing it,

and finvoking your binkley.bat whatever it may be called at the end of 

spawnbbs.bat.  

Take away the call statement from one or both places, and be sure that you 

reinvoke your batch file that runs binkley, but not with a call statement.  

Get rid of the call statements, and you'll get rid of the shell problems 

.  



HOpe that works, it should if I"m understanding the problem correctly, but 

it's 3:00 a.m. and it's been a long day .
