Been there, done that. This was back a version or so, but what I
basically did was to manually unpack the drivers from the CDROM (after
dumping the file list so I could FIND the darned things. As I recall,
what I wound up doing was to manually edit Config.sys but I forget the
details. Seems to me you will need lines of the form SET
VIDEO_DEVICES=VIO_CGA, DEVICE=VCGA.SYS, and SET VIO_CGA=DEVICE(BVHCGA).
You will need CVGA.SYS and BVHCGA.DLL from the CD. I found the .SYM
files for them, but the files are hiding in one of the bundles
apparently. See HELP UNPACK to see how to list the bundles and unpack
