Hi everyone,
        I am running some online games. problem is 1 particular user
        when connecting at 33.6kbps hangs my entire pc when he tries to
        run games. Now is there a way i can restrict him from using the
        games ? Like assigning him a key and then designating that no1
        with the key can access the games menu ?
