Like you describe a kale, it must be surely the same as my curled cabbage. I
found that name in an English dictionnary.

At this moment I don't grow Sprouts, but I've been growing them several years
ago. One year I had nice sprouts and the year after I only got very small
ones. Just as for Kale, Sprouts need also to get some frost, to tast much
better.

Yes it would be. When I want to get fresh veggies I can better buy them in
Wintertime. The plants standing right now in the greenhouse only need to be
kept at a temp. of 40 to max. 50øF. They may not get frostdamage.
