If you're not looking for major shred distortion, go for the Fender Pro Jr or
Blues Jr. The Pro Jr is basic.... volume and tone, with a 10" speaker.
The Blues Jr has volume (gain), bass, mid, treble, master, and reverb.
They're both around 13 watts and sound like God when you get them cranked up.
Tubes make a difference at any volume, especially if you're pushing any kind
of distortion (that's not coming from a processor or stomp-box).
C-ya! Rich
