I know that it is far more likely to be a Spirit problem causing the
double-sends, but that's no reason not to go to Supra about it.  Maybe they
can figure out WHY the problem virtually (ie only time I've ever seen it)
only ever occurs talking to those using the Rockwell chipset.  According to
what I read in HS_MODEMS, they are netmailable.  So I looked up my
nodelist, and I can find two likely listings.  

1:167/280, Supra BBS, run by Mario Williams in Quebec.

1:357/4, Supra Technical Support, run by Patrick Moore, USA I think.
