Someone from IBM memntioned a problem with crosslinked DLL at ColoradOS/2.
(maybe peter or someone can remember. It was in one of the QA's in the
evening). Either the problem occured on WARP (as they reorganized the OS/2
dlls) or they fixed the problem under warp. but as far as i remember it is
a WARP problem. It was only mentioned, since noone else - at the conference
- had crosslinked DLL's.
