Just found that 4M stick. The complete number reads:  KM44C1000CJ -7
and it's on a 72 pin stick with 8 chips. I don't know who makes it but
it does have a logo that looks a bit like a clover leaf rotated onto its
left side. They look the same as the TMS44400J up there.

Consider for example that a HYB511000BJ is a 1Mx1 DRAM so if the 41000J
follows a similar pattern it should be a 1M x 4 chip but ICBW too.

BTW I found another 4M stick with it: LH64400BK-70 and it's also on a 72
pin stick with 8 chips like the other but made by Sharp. I don't usually
mix and match but they seem to go okay together.
