HM>Hi, from the Cold waters! In the Norther Atlantic and Golf of St-Lawrence,
w
HM>can see the fluorescence of krill on clear full moon nights. When you put
an
HM>ofject in the water, it lights up a yellow-green sulfur color. Put an oar
in
HM>and it glows. Put your finger and make circles you might think you are a
goo
HM>witch. Is it the same in the South? I haven't been in warm waters for some
HM>years now and I forget?
In WARM southern ocean waters one generally only notices it in boatwakes
and occasionally when a wave breaks, some areas have more bio luminnce
animals and others less.
HM>By the way, I am new on this group. Though I have scanned newsgroups
efore
HM>directly on internet, while taking a university course in education
HM>technology, I now transfer packets of messages through my son's BBS here
n
HM>Montreal. My communication software is Terminator and we use Blue Wave for
HM>filing. Great stuff. Nice to meet you.

Welcome to the group!!! (Making a long slow bow and kissing her hand,
as only a southern gentleman can do well). This is a very cordial and
helpful group..jump into any conversation at any time.
For BBS's I use Telix software and SLMR for my mail packets, which are
the qwk type.
