subject: Error1852 Pci-Pnp?

I've been motivated recently to connect up a couple of OS/2
systems in a SOHO environment. The server is an IBM Model 365
200MHPPro with 32MB and the initial peer is an IBM ThinkPad 755 24MB
with an IBM PCMCIA Token Ring card. In the server I am trying to
configure a AWE32PNP sound card and the 4/16 PNP IBM Token Ring
adapter (V4 and Connect respectively)
The sound card is installed and working - but when I try to
install the TRA it complains at BIOS startup of: ERROR 1952 PCI-PNP
Error not enough I/O space available - BIOS error 79. Booting to the
LANAID disk (DOS) allows me to see the card, change some of the
settings etc, also run diagnostics - therefore the card seems to be
OK.
Removing the sound card allows the BIOS configuration to see
the changes and configure the TRA OK - so I have a conflict between
these two cards.
The IRQ, memory addresses and ports do not conflict as far as I
can tell. I do know that these sound cards have a number of different
memory addresses for music functions which I might never need and in
all probability are the memory locations I can't see that are
conflicting in some way with the TRA.
I've switched off BIOS PNP, and TRA PNP and been advised to
make the AWE32's addresses "not available" on boot up so that the TRA
will configure around these "not-available" resources - but I still
get this error on startup - has someone gotten through these initial
steps and has some advice, or source of information?
