I've never thought of going to a Plant World store (in quiet 
hours) for advice, but it makes sense. They know that I will be 
buying there off and on. I drop in to my local garage all the 
time with questions abaout car maintenance in between service 
appointments.
I suppose too that an expert botanical person gets just as big a 
thrill out of helping me as I do in helping a new computer user.
