I really do think they cant. They just dont have the mental horsepower
to be able to grasp that. Or say that with this particular scam, the
REASON the ads are on US media, and suckers over here are having their
pockets pumped is SO the scammers can scam for longer before anyone
notices that the money isnt buying ads on US media. That alone SCREAMS
scam, but the suckers dont even notice.
