Instant C++ programming by Wrox was horrible.
Ofc, Wrox fired me so I'm a bit biased. ;)
Actually, it was full of coding errors, bad coding style, grammar errors
(missing verbs), etc.  And it totally skipped on OOP.  And it used void
main()!
What a piece of crap.
