    Buy a number of 5Gal buckets and bring as much water as
    you can ..  that tank is only 25 gals, and with gravel - more
    likely 20 gal or less - 4 buckets will be more than enough
    and they always come in handy to have around..

     50% change,  as mentioned by another poster,  is *generally* right.
     I do weekly 20-30% water changes,  but occasionally
     the large cichlids get a 50% change or more with no problems.

    You don't mention what kind of fish you have, *most* fish can 
    handle 50%.   Some can't!  and Some can take even more..
   Remove as much weight as practible,  you'd be surprized 
    how heavy an 'empty' tank with wet gravel is.
   
   Use a de-chlor if you aren't sure about the water you
      will be using to replace it with.
