        That MoBo was returned and for the $35.00 credit, I got 2 sticks
        of 32 meg EDO. They will double my RAM when I work at it next.

        My TEAK CDW524E works ! Yeah ! Last night, I had a few spare
        minutes and I removed Nero from my system as I could not do
        anything with it. Then I said to myself... Why not try again ? I
        D/Led the SW again and set it up as I can read the instructions.
        It was so effortless that I wish that I knew why (???).
        I copied an audio CD to a CD-RW and it all was done in 14
        minutes. Amazing !  Shows to go you that I am ignorant. Why
        would it see the setup this time and not before ? The keyboard
        and the chair are the same and the I/F between them too.
