Arggggghh.
I am having challenges with Supra (Diamond??) support.
Awhile back, I sent in a v.32bis external for repair.
One was returned to me.  Didn't work.  Sent it back.
Got another one, but they sent it with a power supply cube
that has a right-angle connector at the modem end.  Guess what?
Because of the right-angle connector, I can plug in either the power, or the 
data cable, but not both at the same time.  Modem is useless.
Guess I go for round 3.  This is tiresome.
Any one at Supra know how I can do this so there won't be a round 4?
