New Yorkers are pretty blase', and we have a lot of hazmat trucks.  They
seem to accompany nearly every street excavation now (asbestos).  We can
get 5 fire trucks responding to an ordinary residential fire here.  I still
thought the density and jamup was unusual.  I'd bet there's an  agreement
with the media. This would be an impossible place to get out of if there's
real trouble.

I note they just found a hand grenade at Gatwick airport.
