This line looks suspcious to me:
192.168.0.4:8080 duncan.way.name rudy # #
I don't that you can't specifiy a port but have never seen it done. I also
am not sure about having to names attached that way. I would test removing
the port (:8080) and the "rudy" and see if that helps and go from
there.
