In a LORD IGM, you access Fairy variable via the INFO. file
that is passed to your IGM by LORD. During IGM initialization, you are
supposed to be reading info.1 - assumes your player is on Node 1 -- and
obtaining the player's Lord player.dat account player number from it. Which
is the first value. If you need refresher on info.* handling, re-read
lordstrc.pas which is distributed with all versions of LORD. Line 4 is
FAIRY YES if Lord sends player to IGM with a Fairy. Otherwise it always
says FAIRY NO. The Lord info is capitalized for that variable. Hope that
info is helpful. When you close out igm usage for the player, you are
supposed to rewrite the info.* file, so that Lord knows whether you did any
special changes. E.g. Fairy status, player's Lord name.
BTW, I sent you response last month in the NETMAIL conference, about the
Jenny's Kitchen igm. Did you receive it? Donald. donald.tidmore{at}usa.net
