Mine was tending to do that frequently until I got a program (XWP in
this case) that allowed me to space out the starting of the startup
folder. I would try holding ctrl-shift on boot (only one is needed but
don't remember which) and tell it to start without running the files in
startup. If it still occurs it isn't the same issue.
