	Section D., I quote... Tear Line:  This sub-field contains a
    tearline (not to exceed 35 characters including the
    leading "---" characters.  This line is required on all
    echomail messages.

  I have seen some 60+ character tear lines, for example:
  "--- Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; sv-SE; rv:1.9.1.16) 
Gecko/20101125"
